Shipping policy

Shipping Options:

• We offer Standard Shipping for all orders.
• Please note that we do not provide local delivery or pick-up at the store.
• Our services are available only within India and we do not offer international shipping

Order Processing Times:

• Orders are typically processed within the same business day. In rare cases, processing may take until the next business day.
• Orders will be shipped around 6 PM on every business day. If placed after 6 PM, it will be shipped on the next business day.
• Business days are Monday to Saturday. Orders will not be processed or dispatched on national holidays.

Delivery Time

• Tamil Nadu: 2 to 4 days
• Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Pondicherry: 2 to 5 days
• Other States: 3 to 6 days

Shipping Costs

• Shipping cost is calculated based on the location and weight slabs (0-0.5Kg, 0.5-1Kg, 1-1.5Kg, 1.5-2Kg….)
• Package weight includes the product's weight as well as the box weight (approximately 200g to 400g, based on your order).

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, your tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or Email
• Also, you can track your shipment through our Tracking Page. Goto Orders Page, open the order and click “Track your order”.

Delay in delivery

• There may be delay or postponement in the delivery schedule due to any climatic factors or any other factor that affects shipping schedule.
• If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Failed Delivery Attempts

• Please ensure that the shipping address entered is correct and valid when placing your order.
• If the delivery person cannot locate the address or finds it invalid, they will contact you for clarification.
• If the delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the package will be held at a nearby delivery hub. If reattempts also fail, the package will be returned back to our store. 
• If the package is returned to our store due the recipient being unavailable, it cannot be accepted for cancellation or refund. The package will be reshipped, and the re-shipping cost should be borne by the customer.

Damaged Items

• Do not accept the package if it is damaged upon delivery and inform us immediately.
• If the product inside the package is damaged during shipment (e.g., torn cover, broken jar), it can be returned. please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details
• However, we are not responsible for damages caused by:
• Improper storage after delivery
• Mishandling by the customer
• Orders reported after the claim window

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. 
• If payment is not received within 3 days of placing an order, it’ll be cancelled automatically.
• If a shipment is returned to our store due to delivery failure or other reasons, it cannot be cancelled.
